Routine electronic documentation updates are part of our customer service commitment to our most important resource, our clients. Polylogics Consulting, Inc. provides professional training in three stages.

To facilitate an efficient transition to DIAD™, our team of professionals will work with you to analyze your company's needs, and create a personalized implementation training program for your company. On-site with your personnel, the system will be installed and a training program (included with your system purchase) will bring your staff to a level of competency with the software. Depending on the size of the staff and the modules that will be rolled out at your company, this training may move into stage 2- follow-up training.


In order to most effectively stage implementation, additional training is available. Training occurs on-site at your company. Our training staff has experience in the technical nature of the software and comprehensive knowledge of the directory industry to help facilitate training and consultation on workflow processes.

With each software release there are new and more effective tools that are made available to all of our clients. Personalized training on new release features or training for staff that may wish additional training on the software product is available in time frames that are custom designed to meet the needs of your workplace. We recommend one upgrade training per release period for all clients.

Polylogics Consulting, Inc. also offers specialized consulting for our clients.

Consulting services are available to DIAD™ clients to review the company workflow and how it may be more completely integrated into the software system. This consulting includes high level management review of company direction, so as to support your company goals with proper IT strategies. Services include review and analysis by consulting personnel that have extensive experience in the directory publishing world and who have comprehensive knowledge of the software's capabilities.

Clients who wish to engage in an in-depth analysis of a particular business process may enter into a project-oriented consultation to see how Polylogics Consulting, Inc. can help streamline the business process being evaluated. Outcome strategies may include: customized programming, additional staff or management training, workflow modification recommendations, or a combination of the above.
