Polylogics Consulting, Inc. is the largest US-based provider of systems to the Yellow Pages directory industry. Its principals have been serving the industry since 1981. The Company was founded in 1984, and at present supports some fifty directory publishers, including the most successful and dynamic independent publishers.
Polylogics is the developer and sole licensor of DIADTM, the leading computer system for directory production. Business functions supported by DIADTM include yellow and white page production, contract entry and tracking, account management, billing, collections, accounts receivable, commissions, canvass management, lead generation, market break, market analysis, importing of data from external sources, and data standardization. Over 2,000 DIADTM users log on every day, and several thousand directories are produced annually using DIADTM.

Polylogics also specializes in data conversions for its publishers, and is unique in providing custom development and enhancements to its systems. Industry leaders using DIADTM include Yellow Book USA, TransWestern Publishing (a Yellow Book company), White Directory Publishers (a Hearst company), Valley Yellow Pages, User Friendly Phone Books, ypOne and R.H. Donnelley.

In addition to systems sales, our office in St. Louis (formerly TALX/Worldpages) performs service bureau work for many publishers.  Our services include data entry, ad production, page make-up, special section production (covers, coupons, community pages), lead systems, source book keying, file format conversions, and market analysis (our unique Ad StatsTM product).

Polylogics routinely performs automated conversion services to help bring publishers onto DIADTM from other software platforms. In fact, our experience in this area extends into
other industries and technologies. Polylogics has performed comprehensive software conversions for some twenty major medical centers, including the Harvard Medical School teaching hospitals (Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute). These systems alone represent some 30,000 concurrent on-line users everyday. Other such clients include IBM, General Motors, Kurzweil Voice Recognition, and European clients in hotel management and pharmaceuticals.
